Suite Rates:

(Prices are in Canadian Dollars)

•  June, July, August, September = $2500 per week
•  October, November = $1500 per week (second week is half price)
•  December, January = $2000 per week (second week is half price)
•  February, March, April, May = $1750 per week (second week is half price)

Note : Additional Fee of $75 for Cleaning upon Departure

Payment Details

•  a $500 Reservation Deposit is required to confirm booking which then goes toward the Refundable Damage Deposit.

•  The remainder of the rent and Damage Deposit is due 30 days prior to occupancy.

Damage Deposit

•  A $1000 Damage Deposit will be held to cover a Damage to the Suite, Missing Items, Bylaw Contraventions or Extra Cleaning.

•  Your Deposit will be Refunded and mailed to you within 14 days of your Departure pending the Suite was left as you found it.

Cancellation Policy

If the guest cancels the reservation 30 days or more before expected arrival date, a full refund will be issued minus a $100 Administration Fee. If the cancellation is made after the 30 day time period the rental fee will not be refunded, unless otherwise rented, then a full refund will be reimbursed minus the administration fee.

Payments can be made by Cheque, Bank Draft, Direct Wire Transfer or Accepted Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard).
