Reservations • Pick your Dates and fill out the Form below, you will receive a response on availability by the next Business Day.
• A Guest Registration Form and Liability Waiver will then be sent with Confirmation of your Reservation. Please read, sign and return to us with your Reservation Deposit.
• The Suite will then be Reserved and the remainder of the Rent and Damage Deposit will be required Thirty (30) days prior to your arrival.
• A Confirmation of the Reservation, Suite Info, and Driving Directions will then be provided upon receiving the Final Payment
• Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am. At some times of the year we are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests
• Any reservation obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of all rental fees and removal from property.
• We have been providing quality Okanagan Accommodations since 2005. Although we have never had to cancel a reservation, should our property become unavailable due to an emergency such as fire, flood or other unforeseen circumstances guests will be notified immediately, receive a 100% refund, and assisted to the best of our ability to find a suitable alternative accommodation
